The City of New Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2017 at 5:00 p.m., in the New Buffalo City Hall, 224 West Buffalo Street on a request made by Regina & James Wilkinson.
The reason for the variance request is the applicant would like to construct a breezeway connecting the garage to the house. Section 3-2 of the City of New Buffalo Code requires a setback of six (6) feet and the proposed construction would place the structure within the setback.
